Role We’re looking for someone who’s excited to learn, experiment, and grow across multiple facets of marketing and business operations.
This role offers hands-on exposure to performance marketing, CRM analytics, and partner collaborations, giving you a holistic understanding of how growth really works in a SaaS setup.
You’ll get the opportunity to work across the entire marketing funnel - from acquisition to conversion and beyond, owning and understanding each stage along the way.

Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other similar platforms Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ROI Support A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages Coordinate with content/design teams to improve campaign output CRM & Data Analytics Work with lead management and prospecting software to derive actionable insights Track user journeys across the funnel from lead to conversion Analyze campaign and CRM data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities Growth & Operations Reach out to potential partners for integrations with our SaaS platform Initiate conversations and set up calls/demos with relevant stakeholders Support and coordinate co-marketing activities with partners within our ecosystem Maintain organized records of outreach and partner pipelines Comprehensive medical insurance coverage 5-day working culture Competitive, industry-leading salary structure Lucrative reimbursement policy Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related fields 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or related domain Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
