6-12 years of experience in engine performance engineering, thermodynamic modeling, or aero systems.
Experience in gas turbine performance, propulsion systems, or aerospace product development is preferred.
Strong experience in thermodynamic cycle modeling, engine performance prediction, and aero-thermal analysis.
Familiarity with tools such as NPSS, Python, MATLAB, or similar for performance modeling and data analytics.
Understanding of gas turbine physics, system operability, and transient behavior.
Experience with engine testing, data acquisition, and performance validation.
Knowledge of system engineering principles, robust design, and requirements management.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
