Job Purpose

Supports the HR Operations / People Services team by executing standardized, transactional HR administrative activities across the employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire). This role is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career professionals and focuses on learning HR operations processes, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering timely support to employees and managers under close guidance. The role works closely with People Services Senior Advisors and Specialists and escalates non-standard or complex cases as required.


The role operates within the People Services team and reports directly to the People Services Manager. The position collaborates with internal HR stakeholders, Payroll, and senior People Services colleagues. The role does not have decision-making authority and works within defined processes, templates, and SLAs.




Key Accountabilities

Provide administrative support for employee life cycle events such as new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, organizational changes (OM) and data management. Collaborate with senior advisors and specialist colleagues to resolve standard cases from employees and managers, escalate to People services Senior Advisor and Specialist those are complex and specialist expertise required.


  1. Prepare standard employment documents (contracts, letters, addendums) based on approved requests and templates.
  2. Update employee data in relevant systems and notify (third) parties where applicable.
  3. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with global and local process standards.
  4. Escalate cases require exceptions, policy decisions, or specialist input to People Services Senior Advisors and Specialist.


Education
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant administrative or HR operations experience.
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree preferably in HR
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Additional European languages (e.g., French or German) are an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of administrative workflows.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
