Role Summary

The PDP Build Coordinator is responsible for supportingProduct Development Program (PDP) build activities, ensuring smooth workflow execution, resolving invoice‑related issues, and coordinating cross‑functional teams duringNew Product Development (NPD)phases. The role requires strongsupply chain expertise, project coordination skills, and system knowledgeto ensure timely and cost‑effective build execution.


Position‑Specific Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supportPDP build activitiesin alignment with project timelines and milestones
  • Monitor and manageworkflow execution, tracking progress and highlighting deviations
  • Handleinvoice issue resolutionby coordinating with Finance, SCM, and vendors
  • Support activities related toNew Product Development (NPD)and build readiness
  • Track build‑related data, issues, and dependencies across functions
  • Ensure effectiveemail and stakeholder communicationacross internal teams
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance teams
  • Interpret and understandengineering drawings, BOMs, and technical inputsrelevant to build execution
  • Supportproject management activities, including action tracking, follow‑ups, and reporting
Required Skills & Competencies Technical & System Skills
  • SAP(preferably MM / Supply Chain modules)
  • Advanced MS Excel(analysis, tracking, reporting)
  • C‑Project / Category‑C Project Management
    (low‑to‑medium complexity change, cost, or process projects)
  • Power BI(preferred; data visualization & reporting)
Functional Skills
  • StrongSupply Chain Managementfundamentals
  • Understanding ofNPD / PDP build processes
  • Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings and specifications
