• Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
• Conduct analytical testing in support of projects and plan and execute project work in an organized and professional manner
• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Actively participate in departmental activities such as panels, meetings and committees
• Take part in innovating product by exploring new technology or performance improvement methodologies
• Prepare and deliver technical reports for product development projects

• Candidate with experience in PU, polymer synthesis, PVC plastisol & rubber is preferred

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/ M.Sc. in polymer engineering/polymer coatings/ chemistry-organic, polymer science, material science & related fields 
• More than 2 years of experience in chemistry lab, experience in adhesives lab preferred
• Hands-on experience in laboratory work, formula processing & testing, data management
