Who we are looking for


Global Delivery Custody is forming a central support team for the Payments, Cash, and Custody (“PCC”) strategic development program.   PCC is a multi-year effort to modernize and simplify State Streets core custody technology platforms. The program is a collaborative approach across Global Delivery, Product, and Technology with integrated planning and decision making.  Key outcomes include ensuring STT meets regulatory and market processing requirements, demands of current clients, and creating a world class, competitive Custody product offering The Global Delivery PCC team will work closely with IT and Product to drive the strategy and execution of PCC program components.  This team will be responsible for ensuring effective end product design and client migrations.

What you will be responsible for


As a Senior Associate in the India PCC program, you will be responsible for coordination across the different value streams of GD PCC Program activities with specific focus in India.  Work with specific project teams & leads to help coordinate local execution and impact.  Function as a point of contact and communication with India leadership related to PCC status and key milestones.  Lead strategy and efforts horizontally across value streams to drive consistency and automation for common activities such as project management, business analysis, training, testing, reporting, and Operational readiness.  The role will evolve with the PCC program, and India team will play an important role in the broader PCC program leadership team and help evolve and drive benefits across all aspects of PCC.

  • The GD PCC Program team is being established to serve as a central point of coordination of deliverables across Global Delivery for the PCC programs individual development initiatives

Education & Preferred Qualifications


1. Functional & Domain Expertise


  • Strong experience in Business Analysis within banking, payments, custody, cash management, or financial services platforms.


  • Understanding of payments processing, DDA platforms, ISO 20022, SWIFT, or transaction banking concepts is highly desirable.


  • Experience supporting large transformation or migration programs in a regulated environment.


2. Core BA Skills


  • Requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation


  • Process mapping and data analysis


  • Stakeholder management across global teams


  • Support of testing, UAT, and business readiness activities


3. Tools & Ways of Working


  • Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery models


  • Familiarity with requirements and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, or similar)


  • Strong documentation and communication skills suitable for senior stakeholder and program‑level audiences


4. Additional requirements / Other Skills


  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi‑stakeholder global program


  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and traceability


  • Proactive ownership of business outcomes, not just documentation


  • Comfort working across technology, operations, and product boundaries


  • Commitment to quality, risk reduction, and operational resilience


  • Strong managerial and communication skills


  • Ability to influence and drive execution


  • Flexible with shifts as per the project requirement


  • 6-8 years’ experience in financial services. Preferably having been involved in key transformation projects/initiatives; Project Management and Business analysis experience; Back-office operations experience (Payment initiations, Experience in using HGN/IBS applications).
