We are looking for a highly driven Partner Enablement & Operations Lead to own and scale the enablement and operational backbone of our reseller/partner ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring partners are onboarded efficiently, activated quickly, and consistently enabled to succeed in the market.
What you'll do:
Drive end-to-end partner onboarding in collaboration with Partner Managers, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and activation timelines.
Own partner activation readiness including training, certifications, and go-to-market preparedness.
Act as the primary point of contact for all partner enablement needs including webinars, sales materials, email templates, and product marketing assets.
Ensure partners represent the company accurately by adhering to standardized messaging, templates, and branding guidelines.
Lead localization efforts for priority markets by working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.
Own program management for localization initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Oversee partner operations including onboarding workflows, CRM (Salesforce) hygiene, and overall system/process management.
Manage lead distribution and tracking for partners to ensure efficiency and accountability.
Continuously improve systems, processes, and playbooks to scale partner success.
Who you are:
3–7 years of experience in partner enablement, operations, or program management roles (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments).
Strong program management and execution skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and partnerships teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving.
Experience working with global markets and localization efforts is a plus.
