Key Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven paid marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve conversion rates and overall campaign efficiency Create high-converting ad copies and collaborate on creative assets aligned with campaign objectives Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates Handle technical implementation of tracking systems, including pixel setup, event tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion APIs Use analytics tools to conduct full-funnel performance analysis and identify optimization opportunities Prepare regular reports and performance forecasts, providing actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, paid media, and analytics to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness What Makes You a Great Fit 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media Proven expertise in managing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and other paid channels Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, performance-driven decisions Experience with marketing analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and similar platforms Ability to write compelling, high-converting ad copy tailored to different audiences and platforms Strong understanding of funnel optimization, attribution models, and customer acquisition strategies Comfortable working with technical aspects of marketing, including tracking implementation and data analysis Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven approach Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Passion for experimentation, continuous learning, and improving campaign performance through data-backed insights
