In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.





Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll, you will guide clients through the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions, focusing on the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. You will ensure seamless integration and optimal performance, leveraging your knowledge of modern time tracking methodologies, global payroll regulations, and absence management best practices. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Design Efficient Time Management Processes: Design and configure time management processes to meet clients' specific needs, aligning with their policies and regulatory requirements. This includes creating efficient workflows and ensuring accurate time recording and leave management. * Configure Payroll Structures: Set up and manage payroll structures to ensure compliance with global payroll regulations and clients' policies. This involves collaborating with clients to understand their payroll requirements and configuring the system accordingly. * Manage Absences: Implement and manage absence management processes, ensuring alignment with clients' policies and regulatory requirements. This includes setting up absence rules, accruals, and leave management. * Lead Workshops and Training Sessions: Deliver workshops and training sessions to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing. * Provide Post-Go-Live Support: Offer post-implementation support, including data validation and troubleshooting, to ensure smooth system operation and resolve any issues that may arise.

* Exposure to Workday HCM Solutions: Familiarity with Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions, specifically the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, including their implementation, customization, and continuous improvement. * Understanding of Time Tracking Methodologies: Knowledge of modern time tracking methodologies, including efficient time management processes and accurate time recording. * Global Payroll Regulations: Familiarity with global payroll regulations and absence management best practices, including compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks. * Experience with System Configuration: Exposure to configuring payroll structures, setting up absence rules, accruals, and leave management, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. * Training and Workshop Delivery: Experience delivering workshops and training sessions to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize HCM solutions for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing.

* Advanced Workday HCM Knowledge: Exposure to advanced Workday HCM features and functionalities, including data analytics and reporting, to drive business insights and optimize HCM solutions. * Specialized Time Tracking Methodologies: Familiarity with specialized time tracking methodologies, such as those used in specific industries or regions, to design tailored time management processes for clients. * Multi-Country Payroll Regulations: Knowledge of multi-country payroll regulations and compliance requirements to ensure seamless payroll processing across different countries and regions.
