In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.





Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: SuccessFactors Core HR, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will provide expert consulting services by understanding clients' business processes and guiding them through the implementation process. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions that meet clients' business needs, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements. * Provide Consulting Services: Provide expert consulting services to clients, understanding their business processes and guiding them through the implementation process to ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors Core HR solutions. * Configure and Troubleshoot: Configure, implement, and troubleshoot key Employee Central functions, including business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects. * Deliver Training and Support: Provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of SuccessFactors Core HR solutions. * Analyze Requirements: Conduct requirements analysis to understand clients' business needs and identify opportunities for improvement through SuccessFactors Core HR solutions.





Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

* Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR: Exposure to designing and deploying HR technology solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central platform), including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central functions. * Experience with EC Integrations: Exposure to internal and external EC integrations, including understanding data flows and integration points with other SuccessFactors modules. * Knowledge of SuccessFactors Modules: Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules, including understanding their functionality and how they integrate with Employee Central. * Requirements Analysis and Solution Design: Experience working with clients to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs, including identifying opportunities for improvement through SuccessFactors Core HR solutions. * Configuration and Troubleshooting: Exposure to configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting key Employee Central functions, including business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects.





Preferred technical and professional experience

* Knowledge of Other SuccessFactors Modules: Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules, including understanding their functionality and how they integrate with Employee Central. * Experience with EC Integrations: Exposure to internal and external EC integrations, including understanding data flows and integration points with other SuccessFactors modules.
