Responsibilities:
  • Order and Logistics Execution: Managing customer orders and overseeing logistics execution from initiation to final Invoicing & acceptance.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensuring business transactions comply with relevant standards, such as SO (Sarbanes-Oxley).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Prioritising and driving continuous improvement in logistics operations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leveraging tools like SAP and Power BI to enhance efficiency and support informed decisions.

Qualifications:

Must Have:


  • University or college degree with 4+ years of experience, preferably with a profile from Order Management, Billing Execution, Supply Chain Management
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations and objectives.
  • Logistics Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in logistics management.
  • Change Management Capabilities: Ability to adapt to and drive changes in processes and operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in advanced tools such as SAP and Power BI.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

It would be nice if you also had:


  • Microsoft Power Platform knowledge is an advantage.
  • Precise and quality-oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills
