We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Data Architect Analyst (Oracle HCM) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, OTBI, and BIP Reporting, with knowledge on predictive models and AI/ML. They will be responsible for designing and implementing data warehousing solutions, creating visualizations, and ensuring data security within the HCM domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Analytics projects and coordinate with other stakeholders including but not limited to Senior Leadership, HR Stakeholders, IT Stakeholders, EDW team, and Architects
  • Design and customize semantic models, attributes, and hierarchies within FDI to align with complex business requirements.
  • Understand, build, and develop FDI, OTBI, and BIP reports and analytics for data reporting and integration, including ODI/Informatica.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining advanced visual narratives (Heat Maps, Tree Maps) to uncover workforce patterns.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards, in Oracle HCM’s OTBI/BIP and FDI. 
  • Design star schemas, fact and dimension tables, and perform physical and logical data modeling.
  • Administer BI tools, including metadata modeling, dashboards, DV, Object Level Security, and Data Level Security.
  • Handle data migrations and create complex SQL queries across multiple databases.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot Oracle data and performance issues.
  • Experience implementing predictive models and AI/ML algorithms.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver, troubleshoot, and optimize data solutions
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle HCM data structures, providing guidance to junior analysts and technical teams
  • Help develop and implement data strategies that drive business values

Qualifications:
YOU MUST HAVE Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience, preferably in HCM domain.
  • Strong HR Domain knowledge with understanding of data models, KPIs, Metrics, visualizations, and Security.
  • Data Engineering Skillset – Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, cloud architecture (OCI/Azure), experience with data warehouse modelling and BI administration tools.
  • Proven experience in creating and handling complex SQL queries.
  • FDI Security Roles and groups, and inheritance/mapping with HCM
  • Strong understanding of Oracle data analysis and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in the HR domains, specifically in Oracle Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Bachelors/Masters degree preferably in Analytics, IT, Computers, Information Systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with team and manage stakeholders 
  • Presentation skills to share strategy, solutions, recommendations
  • Certified in FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence), Generative AI Certified Professional
