Role Summary: Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members.
May informally lead small project teams.
Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios.
Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables.
Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project.
Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
Functional Competency: Functional Knowledge: Independently applies cross-module knowledge.
Solution Design: Designs scalable, integrated solution architectures.
Behavioural Competency: Consulting Skills: Guides clients through ambiguity and change.
Problem Solving: Solves complex problems with strategic foresight.

Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (required).
