As Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Techno-Functional consultant within Nokia’s Corporate & Business Applications team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. You will be responsible for Business-as-Usual support, enhancements, and projects in Compensation / Rewards and Recognition domain.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure / implement / maintain Workforce Compensation and Individual Compensation plans
  • Design compensation cycles
  • Define eligibility, budgets, worksheets, and approval hierarchies
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Support end-to-end compensation processes including testing and deployment
  • Provide functional expertise and best practices for Compensation module
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for compensation calculations
  • Perform data loads using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader
  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and custom solutions

Qualifications:

Must-have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent with 7+ years of experience, out of which 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation module
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM design/configure/build, including Fast Formulas, VBS, HDL
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice-To-Have:


  • Experience in HR operations, especially compensation area
  • Experience in other Oracle HCM cloud modules/areas, e.g. Core HR, ORC, Onboarding, Talent and Performance Management, Security and Access
  • Management, HCM Extract, BIP, BICC
  • Relevant Oracle certifications
  • Knowledge of automation tools for code migration, testing automation
  • Experience in Gen AI and AI agents
