Position Summary


Key Responsibilities
  • 5 – 12 years of experience and contribute to the planning, design, development, and support of Oracle ERP applications across Financials modules


  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications that align with enterprise architecture and solution design principles.


  • Perform application setups across Oracle EBS modules and ensure environments are configured to support operational needs.


  • Conduct data validation, cleansing, and auditing activities to maintain system data quality and integrity.


  • Work with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver well-designed, accurate, and user-friendly reporting solutions.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and optimize system designs.


  • Partner with the Oracle Business Solutions team to standardize and unify system design practices, ensuring adherence to organization design and documentation standards.


  • Conduct data validation, cleansing, and auditing activities to maintain system data quality and integrity.


  • Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.


  • Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot system issues.


  • Stay current with OracleAIM methodology, configuration and change-management processes, and project management best practices.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.


  • Experience with Oracle ERP R11/R12 (Financials & CRM).


  • Hands-on expertise with SLA, Loans, iReceivables.


  • Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Payments, AME, and SLA.


  • Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.


  • Self-driven and strong coordination skills, able to work independently with technical, functional, and business teams.


  • Willing to support extended or off-hours activities when required.


  • Familiarity with Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies.


Work Model: Hybrid (3 days work from office)
