Oracle Apps Automation Test Engineer - Manager

Mandatory skills / experience:

• Min: 10-14 years prior experience in Software QA
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• Min 4+ years of overall experience as an Oracle tester
• Min 2+ years' experience testing Oracle Financials Release 12.2.X in one or more process areas/modules (Oracle Financial – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay, Project costing/billing etc.)
• Ability to verify and test Oracle PL/SQL Scripts with good understanding of databases.
• Experience with ETL Tools (Oracle Warehouse Builder, Informatica or MicroStrategy) is a Plus.
• Knowledge of Financial transaction workflows like Clearing, STP, FIX Protocol, Order management will be a plus
• Very strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis skills.
• Refined proficiency at precise written and verbal communications.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle especially Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Unix or Linux and Windows operating systems
• Strong working knowledge of software build and release management processes such as maintaining QA environment would be a plus.
• Self-motivated,  quick learner and creative problem solver, organized, and responsible team player.
