The Operations Manager, ATS CF, will be responsible for driving high impact programs in coordination with Supply Chain and Site Ops teams. Ideal candidate should have hands on knowledge on emerging AI tools and automation experience .Also, He will be responsible for managing end-to-end INSC warehouse consumables operations, including Motherbags recirculation, ensuring seamless BAU and peak readiness. Own IT4M requirements for INSC across BAU and peak cycles. Drive inventory planning, vendor coordination, and process optimization to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations and cost efficiency.
Key job responsibilities
Consumables Management & Motherbags Recirculation: Own end-to-end management of INSC warehouse consumables including procurement, inventory tracking, and Motherbags recirculation. Ensure optimal stock levels, minimize wastage, and drive cost-efficient replenishment cycles for uninterrupted operations.
BAU & Peak Readiness Planning: Develop and execute consumables and IT4M supply plans for both BAU and peak periods. Proactively forecast demand surges, build buffer strategies, and ensure zero-disruption readiness during high-volume events.
IT4M Requirements Ownership: Manage all IT4M (IT for Maintenance) requirements for INSC, including identification, prioritization, and timely resolution of IT infrastructure and equipment needs to support warehouse operations across BAU and peak.
Stakeholder Coordination & Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Procurement, IT, Finance) to streamline consumables and IT4M workflows. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, track KPIs, and publish regular MBRs to ensure accountability and cost efficiency.
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
