Job description

Build smart, reusable templates that turn complex data into client-ready documents at scale. Make a direct impact by driving accessibility, controls, and quality across the document lifecycle.

As a Content Management Professional within the Inspire Product COE (Wealth Management), you deliver template and document solutions that enable digitized content management for WM globally. You translate business requirements into optimized templates, validate business rules through testing, and support deployments. You ensure outputs meet accessibility expectations and align to risk, control, and compliance standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Owners, business users, and COE members to capture and document template requirements and support needs.
  • Design optimized templates using Quadient Inspire features to maximize reuse, performance, and maintainability.
  • Configure document structures, components, styles, and business logic to meet content and branding needs.
  • Translate complex content requirements into clear specifications, mappings, and acceptance criteria.
  • Navigate complex and nested JSON/XML to identify data elements and validate mapping accuracy.
  • Test business rules and template logic, executing functional and regression testing and documenting results.
  • Troubleshoot defects and production issues by isolating root causes and coordinating fixes across teams.
  • Support deployment activities, including release readiness validation and post-deploy verification.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance through proper tagging, reading order, and navigation for assistive technologies.
  • Apply control discipline by maintaining audit-ready documentation and adhering to risk/compliance expectations.
  • Deliver training and refresher sessions to enable new hires and stakeholders on templates and processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire or an enterprise content/document composition platform (e.g., OpenText, AEM, InDesign, Report Builder).
  • Build and support document templates end-to-end, from requirements through testing and deployment.
  • Analyze and work effectively with nested JSON/XML structures and related data mappings.
  • Execute structured testing (UAT support, regression, defect triage) with strong attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders, producing crisp documentation and status updates.
  • Operate with a strong controls mindset and awareness of risk/compliance considerations in content management.
  • Apply accessibility principles to ensure content usability for visually impaired users (tagging and navigation).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Understand Wealth Management domains such as credit, fees, client onboarding, and private banking products.
  • Leverage advanced Inspire capabilities (component libraries, conditional logic, data-driven content, reusable assets).
  • Collaborate effectively with compliance and control functions during audits, evidence requests, and remediation efforts.
  • Lead stakeholder training and enablement sessions with structured materials and clear learning outcomes.
  • Improve template standards, governance, and reuse through COE best practices and pattern libraries.
  • Diagnose complex template/data issues across environments and drive resolution to closure.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and evolving regulatory and accessibility requirements.
