As an Operations Automation Senior Associate within Operations Automation, you help achieve business goals by leading analytics, workflow, and intelligent automation deliverables end-to-end. You partner with cross-functional and senior stakeholders to understand processes, translate requirements into solution designs, and deliver implementations with strong quality, accuracy, and controls. You present outcomes in clear, actionable ways that improve efficiency, strengthen data quality, and enable better decisions.


Job Responsibilities


  • Champion the adoption of AI and intelligent automation technologies, integrating tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and UiPath into business processes.
  • Design workflow solutions using platforms such as Power Apps and Pega, including documenting as-is/to-be processes and building end-to-end process maps.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and automation across business functions, driving efficiency and quality improvements.
  • Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into intelligent automation or workflow solutions aligned with firm standards and controls.
  • Lead end-to-end, compliant delivery by designing, building, testing, deploying, and monitoring low-code/no-code solutions in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change, resolve data/reporting quality issues, and deliver impactful automation solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.


Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities


  • 5+ years of experience championing and delivering AI/intelligent automation embedded in business processes using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and UiPath
  • Extensive experience designing and managing workflow solutions using platforms such as Power Apps and Pega, including as-is/to-be documentation and end-to-end process mapping
  • Advanced data capability, including strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, and handling complex datasets to support analytics and automation outcomes
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end analytics/automation delivery with strong requirements gathering, solution design, and quality/accuracy controls, communicating effectively with senior stakeholders


Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of software development principles and coding languages relevant to automation, including Python and SQL
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading junior team members
  • Familiarity with cloud-based automation and analytics platforms
