As a Business Analyst within the Net Asset Value Validation Optimization Programme Office, you will lead requirements-driven delivery to optimize the Exception Manager System and reduce non-value add validation and manual touchpoints. You will partner with Operations and Technology teams across APAC, EMEA, and WHEM to rationalize fund and asset-level processes and implement scalable global rule frameworks. You will ensure project deliverables meet agreed business requirements through strong governance, stakeholder sign-offs, and disciplined testing and issue management.


Job Responsibilities


  • Lead the design and implementation of the Exception Manager System  fund and asset-level process.
  • Analyze existing Exception Manager System  processes and validation rules across EMEA, Americas, and APAC to identify rationalization opportunities.
  • Design and create/amend Exception Manager System  rules by defining rule logic and framing validation rules in Exception Manager System .
  • Actively identify opportunities to streamline business processes and drive process re-engineering to reduce manual touchpoints.
  • Challenge operational teams to remove process waste and eliminate duplicate validations.
  • Facilitate walkthroughs of requirements and solution designs with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Support UAT planning, defect triage/resolution, and manage risks/issues with escalation and ownership as needed.


Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities


  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex, strategic change initiatives
  • Strong process analysis and optimization skills, including elimination of waste and manual touchpoints
  • Demonstrated ability to write high-quality business requirements and secure stakeholder sign-off
  • Experience supporting UAT planning, defect resolution, and issue/risk management with structured escalation


Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities


  • Experience with Net Asset Value validation processes and/or fund accounting operating models
  • Hands-on exposure to Exception Manager System processes and rule logic design
  • Experience working on global, multi-region implementations across APAC/EMEA/Americas
  • Strong ability to influence and partner with Operations and Technology teams to drive change
