This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 20-50 LPA) Min Experience: 7 years Location: India JobType: full-time We are seeking a skilled Endur Developer with strong technical expertise and domain knowledge in energy trading to support the development and enhancement of trading systems.
This role combines hands-on development with close collaboration across business and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions within the trading ecosystem.
You will act as a technical expert, working closely with front, middle, and back-office stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and enhancements.
The role involves end-to-end involvement—from requirement gathering and solution design to development, testing, and implementation—ensuring alignment with business processes across the trading value chain.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure solutions within the Endur platform to support trading operations Collaborate with business users across Front Office (deal capture, risk), Middle Office (scheduling, nominations), and Back Office (settlements, accounting) Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications and use cases Develop and customize solutions using APM, AVS/JVS scripting, OpenComponents, and related Endur technologies Configure system components to align with solution design and business needs Work with QA, support, and development teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance Write and optimize SQL queries, leveraging knowledge of OpenLink table structures Contribute to system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation activities What Makes You a Great Fit 3+ years of hands-on experience in Endur development (v15 or higher preferred) Strong expertise in APM, AVS/JVS scripting, and Endur development frameworks Solid understanding of energy trading domains, including Gas, Power, and LNG In-depth knowledge of the trading lifecycle across front, middle, and back-office functions Experience working with modules such as Connex, Report Builder, APM, Settlements & Accounting, Deal Modelling, or cMotion Strong SQL skills and familiarity with OpenLink database structures Ability to bridge business and technical requirements effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments Exposure to Azure technologies (Azure DevOps, Integration Services, Power Platform) is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
