We are looking for NOC Cloud Team lead who will have a unique blend of technical depth and leadership, where you will work on advanced private cloud infrastructures — spanning OpenStack administration, Linux systems management, and automation-driven efficiencies — while also guiding a high-performing team to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable cloud solutions. Beyond technical delivery, you will be expected to build strong customer relationships and uphold operational excellence, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who leads with both expertise and accountability.

Install, configure, monitor, and optimise Linux systems (physical and virtual), including kernel tuning, LVM management, and implementing advanced security measures.
Manage and maintain RHEL, Ubuntu, and CentOS operating systems with smooth upgrade processes.
Configure and troubleshoot networking protocols and services such as TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, VLAN, VXLAN, routing, DNS, DHCP, bridging, and IP Tables.
Operate hardware management interfaces like iLO, iDRAC, and CIMC efficiently.
Perform CEPH storage management tasks including OSD operations and cluster flag adjustments.
Leverage automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform) for provisioning and configuration management.
Develop automation scripts using Bash and Python to enhance operational quality.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, ITSM guidelines, and industry best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored cloud solutions and maintain positive client relationships.

You will bring

At least 9+ years of professional experience with private cloud technologies, especially OpenStack and Linux administration.
This one is a leadership and technical role.
Red Hat OpenStack certification along with RHCSA and RHCE.
Strong Linux administration expertise including OS optimisation and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in automation scripting (Bash, Python) and configuration management tools.
Working knowledge of SDN, NFV concepts, and microservices/container orchestration platforms.
