Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production engineer to join our team in manufacturing high-quality healthcare products. This role plays a key part in ensuring that products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has adequate technical knowledge, follows safety maintaining a clean and safe work environment and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: o Manufacturing of medical diagnostic products as per forecast. o Contributes to planning and effective resource allocation in the production group. o Performs a set of qualified assembly operations, which includes all electronic and mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies as per specific work instructions. o Constantly monitors availability of parts and tools needed to complete product in the relevant subsequent steps of the overall assembly process. o Create and Maintain the Device History record of each system. o Identify and resolve the quality issues with proper root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques. o Actively contributes to and collaborate with R&D, Process Engineering teams to support and implement continuous improvement initiatives in production, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. o Has ability to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Qualifications & Skills: o Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical engineering from an accredited university. o 3+ years of experience in assembly and testing of electromechanical systems, in healthcare sector, preferably imaging systems, Fixed C-Arms. o Should be familiar with standards like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IEC 60601-1 etc. o Excellent communication and analytical skills. o Basic knowledge on Lean manufacturing process. o Familiarity with GMP and ISO standards is advantageous o Strong work ethic and attention to detail
