The Role

As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.
Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

We are seeking an experienced OneStream Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to support the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of OneStream XF solutions. This role is hands-on and delivery focused, covering consolidation, tax (TXM), investment accounting, and integrations, while working closely with Solution Architects, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

Good experience in Integrations and Tax module is mandatory

Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities

• Design and configure Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting solutions in OneStream XF

  
  

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including consolidation and tax reporting

  
  

• Configure and maintain Workflow, Dimensions, Metadata, Security, and Cube Views

  
  

• Participate in business requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and validation sessions

  
  

• Support finance and tax users during UAT and post–go-live phases

  
  

OneStream Modules & Specialized Areas

• Consolidation Tax (TXM): Design, configure, and implement the TXM module, ensuring accurate tax calculations and reporting within consolidation workflows

  
  

• Investment Register: Implement and maintain the Investment Register module aligned with ownership structures, consolidation logic, and financial reporting requirements

  
  

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain OneStream XF Business Rules (Finance, Transformation, Extender) using VB.NET

  
  

• Build and enhance Cube Views, Forms, Dashboards, and Reports

  
  

• Support dimensional modeling and cube design for performance and scalability

  
  

• Troubleshoot calculation issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks

  
  

• Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement deployments

  
  

Data Management & Integrations

• Configure and support interfaces between Maconomy and OneStream for Financial Consolidation and Consolidation Tax (TXM)

  
  

• Ensure accurate data flow, reconciliation, and system performance across platforms

  
  

• Support data integrations using OneStream Data Management and SQL-based ETL

  
  

• Perform data validation, reconciliations, and variance analysis

  
  

Testing, Support & Governance

• Execute Unit Testing, System Testing, and support UAT cycles

  
  

• Provide L3 production support including root-cause analysis and issue resolution

  
  

• Maintain functional and technical documentation

  
  

• Support audit, reconciliation, and internal control requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with OneStream XF

  
  

• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, FX translation, ownership, and investment accounting

  
  

• Strong experience with Consolidation Tax (TXM)

  
  

• Advanced skills in XF Business Rules development using VB.NET

  
  

• Strong working knowledge of SQL Server

  
  

• Proven experience integrating Maconomy with OneStream

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• OneStream Certification (Functional, Technical, or TXM)

  
  

• Experience with Investment Register and TXM modules

  
  

• Exposure to IFRS and/or US GAAP

  
  

• Prior consulting or large-scale EPM implementation experience

  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline

  
  

• OneStream Certification preferred

  
  

• Prior consulting or Big 4 experience
