Experience Required Bachelor's degree (any discipline) from a recognised university — mandatory.
3–4 years of experience in office management, operations, executive support, or a related coordination role.
Demonstrated experience in vendor management, event execution, or employee engagement activities.
Prior exposure to cross-functional or strategic project coordination is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities Office Operations Manage day-to-day office administration and workplace operations Coordinate facilities, office supplies, documentation, and employee support requirements Oversee travel, accommodation, and logistics for internal stakeholders and visitors Employee Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, town halls, and team-building activities Manage end-to-end event planning, vendor coordination, and communications Track participation and engagement metrics Contribute to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture Vendor Management Identify, onboard, and manage vendors across facilities, events, travel, and office services Negotiate commercials and monitor service quality Coordinate invoicing and payment processes Maintain vendor performance and renewal records Strategic Project Coordination Support leadership-driven projects across business functions Create project plans, track milestones, and coordinate stakeholders Provide regular updates and ensure timely execution of deliverables Key Skills Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Stakeholder and vendor management experience Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Location 📍 Hiranandani, Powai, Mumbai Must-have skills Office Administration, Event Management
