Job description

Who We Are

Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.
To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

What You'll Do

We are looking for a self-driven and detail-oriented individual to join the Hub Management team at GS Delhi. In this role, you will own the planning and delivery of office-wide events and affiliation programs that shape the culture and community of our office of 2,000+ people in India.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one — you will manage end-to-end logistics, coordinate vendors, engage with employees and leadership, and help build programs that help enhance people experience and make GS Delhi a great place to work.

What You'll Do

  • Affiliation Programs
  • Assist in the planning and execution of office events and affiliations, campaigns, community programs, R&R initiatives, and other engagements throughout the year.
  • Maintain affiliation tracking frameworks, program calendars, and communication workflows to sustain participation and engagement.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of DE&I programs — including Pride, Accessibility, Allyship, and other initiatives — managing timelines, logistics, participant experience, and post-program reviews.

Newsletter & Internal Communications

  • Contribute to the planning and production of the hub newsletter — from content and stakeholder coordination to copywriting, design management, and release.
  • Draft and coordinate hub-wide communications for firmwide rollouts, campaigns, and leadership updates.
  • Maintain a consistent and purposeful hub calendar and communication plan, building awareness and engagement across the employee base.

Special Projects & Regional Office Leader Support

  • Support the Regional Office Leader on strategic hub initiatives, including preparation of briefs, decks, and operational plans for priority workstreams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking participation rates, engagement scores, and budget utilisation across DE&I programs.
  • Monitor project progress across multiple workstreams, proactively flagging risks and keeping stakeholders informed.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, internal communications, employee experience, or a similar role — recent graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills — comfortable managing multiple workstreams and delivering on time with a reasonable degree of independence.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft crisp stakeholder updates, event communications, and program reports.
  • Basic comfort with data — able to maintain trackers, build simple dashboards, and surface meaningful observations from program metrics.
  • A proactive, structured mindset — someone who identifies what needs to happen next and moves on it, while knowing when to check in.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, or Slack.
  • Genuine interest in DE&I, community building, and workplace culture — and the drive to contribute meaningfully to both.

Additional info

Why This Role

  • A rare opportunity to work directly with the Regional Office Leader on initiatives that shape the strategic direction of the hub.
  • Meaningful ownership of programs that advance inclusion, build community, and strengthen the GS Delhi employee experience.
  • Exposure to cross-hub coordination and global BCG networks from an early career stage.
  • A collaborative, purpose-driven team that values initiative, structured thinking, and continuous learning.
