Role Overview
As an Offering Integration Specialist in the Digital Workplace Solutions group, you will drive integration across offering managers, assist in expediting outcomes & drive offerings’ creation, when required. This position requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the DWS industry and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management & Integration:
* Plan, execute, and oversee DWS offerings integration, including scope definition, timeline management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
* Assist developing and maintaining detailed roadmaps and reports to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and milestones.
* Create compelling, structured and appealing business presentations for internal and external executive readouts.
Stakeholder Coordination and Solutioning:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, to align project goals with business objectives.
* Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and management expectations.
Budget and Resource Management:
* Ensure cost control and manage resources effectively to deliver projects within financial constraints.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
* Establish KPIs to measure success and track progress against goals.
* Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Own and drive business growth
