Step into the role of Offboarding Analyst at Barclays, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future. In this pivotal role you will manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring it aligns with the relevant rules & regulations, and codes of conduct.
You will support Wholesale Onboarding by managing KYC processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving onboarding issues efficiently.

Support Wholesale Onboarding by managing day-to-day KYC processing, reviews, reporting, and issue resolution in line with regulatory and policy requirements.
Collaborate with clients, front office, and internal teams to gather due diligence, improve onboarding processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Identify risks, drive process improvements, and contribute to controls, reporting, and governance to maintain high standards of compliance and quality.
Deliver timely, professional stakeholder support while demonstrating ownership, sound judgment, and alignment with organizational values and objectives.
Desirable skills set:
Experience in advanced excel is a must.
KYC and Regulatory knowledge.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Process improvement and analytical skills.
