You will assess clients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to support clients in achieving their goals.
Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting individuals recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or adapting to physical limitations.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify strengths and limitations in their daily living skills.
