Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting the cash application process within the Global Shared Services (GSS) Order-to-Cash (O2C) Cash Application function by applying customer payments to open invoices using the High Radius CAA cloud solution and/or Emagia Cash Application module. The position involves interaction with internal stakeholders across Credit, Collections, Disputes, and EIPP teams, ensuring cash is applied accurately & timely.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks & Duties:
•    Accurately apply daily customer payments (checks, ACH, wires) using High Radius CAA tool and/or Emagia Cash Application module.
•    Match payments to open invoices & resolve unidentified and/or misapplied payments.
•    Process remittances received through various channels (email, CLS, DMS, EIPP, etc.).
•    Escalate remittance and/or payment discrepancies to internal CLS or DMS teams for resolution.
•    Monitor cash application queues & ensure SLAs are met.
•    Assist with month-end cash reporting & reconciliation tasks.
•    Document & update work procedures as needed.
•    Collaborate with internal teams using other High Radius modules (CRD, CLS, DMS, EIPP) and or Emagia Module.

Education & Experience Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
•    1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in shared services or global operations.

Technical Skills:
•    Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP S4 Hanna required).
•    Exposure to High Radius or similar automation platforms (preferred).
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook.

•    Effective written & verbal communication in English.
•    Problem-solving mindset & willingness to learn.
•    Team player & collaborative attitude.

•    English spoken on zone on Production floor.
