Capgemini is looking for experienced NICE CXone professionals with strong expertise in call flow design, Studio scripting, and NLU integrations.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of telephony protocols, omnichannel contact center solutions, and automation capabilities across the NICE CXone ecosystem.
