Position Specific Duties:

  • Provide technical End of Line (EOL) Testing, Mistake Proofing and Factory Automation projects for all C&F Divisional units. Design and develop low cost high quality End of Line (EOL) test systems working in LabVIEW environment. Works with Cross-Functional Teams to optimize Test designs for cost, quality, and manufacturability. Execute SmartTest and other Enterprise standard Test systems convergence plans to corelate to the C&F Divisional roadmap

Required Skills:


  • 2-4 years of work experience on End of Line (EOL) Test System Development using NI platform. Programming skills in LabView, TestStand. NI data acquisition systems (USB, PCI, PXI, Real Time etc). Communication Protocols like RS 232/RS485, CAN, TCIP/IP, Profibus, ETCS. CAN, sensors, harness design

Desired Skills:


  • Certified LabVIEW Developer/Certified LabVIEW Architect, PLC, knowledge of AUTOSAR.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution processes, quality, tooling, tool design, total preventative maintenance, and facilities.
  • Knowledge of capital budgeting and capital equipment justification process.

Education: B.E / B.Tech. (Electronics / ExTC )


Experience: 2-4 Years
