Skills: Domain Network Routing Switching, Network Security Applications, Network-Load Balancer- F5
Deep understanding of network protocols: SDWAN, SDLAN, TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, WLC, WAP, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol
Network Configuration Management: Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls according to established standards and best practices.
Network monitoring: Monitor network performance metrics like bandwidth utilization, latency, and packet loss to identify potential issues and proactively address them
Troubleshooting skills: Ability to analyze network traffic, diagnose issues using tools like ping, traceroute, and packet captures
Wireless Network troubleshooting for Cisco, Aruba, Juniper
ITIL Process - working experience of Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration management
Working knowledge on DNS/DHCP/IPAM, Cloud Proxy.
