We are looking for a motivated Associate Network Engineer to support the implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves hands-on support of Cisco Routing & Switching, Wireless (WAP/WLC), and Cisco ISE environments under the guidance of senior engineers. Ready to work on 24x7 operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the network team in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
Assist senior engineers in implementing network configurations and changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues.
Participate in monitoring network performance and reporting potential issues.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for network connectivity problems.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
Contribute to documentation of network configurations and procedures.
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and technical training programs.
Assist in resolving technical problems and escalating complex issues

Professional & Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of Network Infrastructure concepts (LAN/WAN).
Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
Knowledge of Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs) TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing fundamentals.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
Basic understanding of network security concepts (firewalls, ACLs, VPN).
VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN)
Soft Skills :
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
