We are looking for a motivated, teamwork-oriented doer with a strong interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to share expertise. How you’ll make an impact:
Focusing on network and cybersecurity, you will deliver high quality and cost-efficient engineering solutions for our customers.
Collaborating with colleagues, you will be responsible for assessing network and cybersecurity requirements in customers’ technical specifications, talking to, and aligning with clients (as well as the internal cybersecurity and project teams) how to realize specific requirements in the control system delivery.
Being responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and deploying the network and cyber security controls of the control system.
Participating in the factory and site acceptance Test for the customer witnessing. Provide hands-on support for GPS clocks, routers, firewalls, switches, servers, and SCADA communication systems.
Developing and enforcing system hardening policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC62443, NERC CIP, NIST).
Supporting preparation and delivery of project documentation to the customer ensuring accuracy and quality.
During commissioning, you may support the network and cybersecurity activities, evidence collection.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering electrical and electronics engineering, computer science, OT systems or equivalent.
5 years of experience in OT networking and cybersecurity roles. Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTPS, Radius, LDAP) and network architecture.
Proficiency with various network hardware and software vendors (e.g., Cisco, Hirschmann, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Meinberg, SEL).
Good experience in Windows Operating Systems. Awareness of commonly used security tools like IDS, IPS, NESSUS, CIS CAT, Nmap, McAfee ePO, Syslog manager.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA or similar are added advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and security issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
