Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Network and Security Lead to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-face management of 24/7/365 data center operations and the high-level troubleshooting of complex routing, switching, and firewall environments. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining maximum network uptime and delivering exceptional service through proactive infrastructure management and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage 24/7/365 data center operations, ensuring all project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics are met while delivering actionable insights through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

  
  

• Collaborate with Information Technology infrastructure teams, service providers, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure order deliveries and escalated incidents are resolved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  
  

• Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) disciplines, including the rigorous management of incident, problem, and change management processes.

  
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in Network and Security operations within a data center environment.

  
  

• Strong knowledge of layer 3 routing and layer 2 switching, including protocols such as Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) and Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), and hands-on expertise with Fortinet, Cisco Nexus, and Arista hardware.

  
  

• Proven ability in stakeholder management and team leadership, with a focus on troubleshooting complex security systems like Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).

  
  

• Mandatory certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP), Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) 1-4, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
