Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical enterprise applications. This role involves creating scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable systems, ensure security compliance, and drive continuous improvement, contributing to the organization’s growth and operational excellence.


Software Requirements


  • Required:


    • Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core (latest stable versions), including C# programming


    • Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and database optimization


    • Knowledge of middleware technologies such as Kafka, EMS, Solace, or similar


    • Familiarity with development environments such as Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps or Jenkins for CI/CD


    • Understanding of secure coding practices, encryption, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and data security standards


  • Preferred:


    • Experience with cloud deployment platforms such as AWS or Azure


    • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
