- Material Procurement and Planning for Casting and Forging parts required in Vehicle and Aggregates viz. Engine, TM, Axle , Foundry.
- Use of IT tools -DBM /LTP/MRP.Supplier Capacity Planning wrt material requirement and timely escalations in case of gaps.
- Inventory Management.
- Change management - EN process.
- Cost Savings - Packaging / Material / Logistics.
- Coordination of Packaging Cost / Logistics Savings for the Department
- Planning & scheduling of the Material from suppliers.
- Planning of raw material of critical supplier
- Execution of Tasks due to fluctuation in plan
- Supporting SQA team for on time doing the ICA /PCA on line
- Supporting The MQA team for supplier related issues
- Timely support for the spares division to complete the VOR on time.
- Taking owner ship of common parts with all the plants and Executing Accordingly
