Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  • Oversee and ensure strict adherence to the annual budget plan concerning all administrative services across the factory, guaranteeing cost-efficiency and resource optimisation.
  • Manage the provisioning and maintenance of infrastructure-related amenities including workstations, computers, laptops, intercom systems, and mobile connections to support all employees effectively.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and standards regarding new joiner facilities such as relocation support payments and vehicle allotment in alignment with company car policies.
  • Coordinate and streamline the onboarding process ensuring new employees receive all entitled services according to their grade and company guidelines, facilitating smooth integration into the organisation.
  • Administer travel arrangements for employees encompassing local transportation (taxi, bus), domestic and international flights, accommodation bookings in hotels or guest houses, ensuring adherence to travel policies and cost controls.
  • Supervise the upkeep and management of colony facilities including housekeeping, horticulture, washroom maintenance, and the functional readiness of workspaces such as cabins, halls, and meeting rooms.
  • Champion the implementation and compliance of OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series), Sustainability protocols, ESOPS (Employee Stock Ownership Plans), and EMS (Environmental Management System) guidelines by preparing and maintaining all essential documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities within administrative operations enhancing overall efficiency and employee experience.
  • Monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts for administrative and infrastructure services, and ensure service level agreements are met consistently.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to administration staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and service orientation aligned with the organisational goals.

General Experience

Candidates should bring between 8 to 10 years of comprehensive experience in administration within a manufacturing or similarly structured environment.



Extensive experience managing budgets, infrastructure services, employee onboarding processes, and travel administration is expected.



Experience in overseeing facility maintenance including housekeeping, horticulture, and workplace environment services is also crucial.



Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining compliance with OHSAS, EMS, and Sustainability practices, along with documentation management, is highly desirable.
