Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a technical leader who can design, architect, and lead development for MRO Inventory Optimization (MRO IO) solutions integrated with IBM Maximo and enterprise systems. This role combines hands-on development expertise with strategic architectural leadership, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

.Solution Architecture: Define end-to-end architecture for MRO IO solutions integrated with Maximo and ERP systems. Ensure compliance with enterprise standards for scalability, security, and performance. Prepare technical design documents, integration patterns, and deployment strategies

.Responsible for delivery of MRO IO Delivery and MDM Solutions to clients

.To own, lead & deliver of MRO IO solutions

.To provide SME-support, consult, advise team on data and processes

.Development Leadership: Lead the development in building and customizing MRO IO applications. Establish coding standards, best practices, and perform code reviews.

.Integration & Data Management: Design and implement integrations between systems such-as Maximo, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and optimization engines. Ensure data integrity and consistency for inventory optimization processes.

.Access MRO IO tools, client data, identify gaps and work with clients to get right data

.Perform Design workshops to understand client process, document the design and configure system based on the design

.Perform data loads and run optimization engine to get the desired results post configuration

.Assess the outcomes and create business cases

.Work with internal team in developing newer solutions and identify opportunities for automation

.Collaborate with team across geos to deliver projects successful

Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

8+years work experience in

§Implementing MRO IO

§Experience in Supply Chain management or Inventory management

§Implementation experience of Inventory management projects for various industries

§Knowledge about Maintenance operations and overhauling in industries and material management

§Knowledge of Procurement process and transformation

§Experience in working on various supply chain tools

§Ability to pay attention to detail, strong listening, verbal and written communication skills

§Show well-developed interpersonal, communication and display technical skills.

§Team player and contributor to team success

§Takes ownership of the quality of the work and deliverables

§Flexibility to work across time zones

Preferred technical and professional experience

§Able to handle huge data sets and analyze data
Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, REST APIs, SQL

§Working knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD, containerization

§Knowledge of ETL process and data loading activities

§Knowledge of Excel, Access

Knowledge of Inventory management tools
