An Ideal Candidate:



Ideal candidate should have 1+ years of proven experience in Modern Trade Sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.



Key Competencies:



  • Develop and execute Modern Trade sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
  • Manage relationships with key MT chains (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail chains).
  • Coordinate with distributors and ensure smooth supply and availability of products.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, visibility, and merchandising activities.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product availability across stores.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Negotiate trade margins, listings, and promotional activities with MT partners.
  • Ensure timely execution of trade schemes and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyse sales performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Identify new MT opportunities and expand distribution network.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and trade agreements.
