Job Description:

• To review field survey results submitted by Mercer agents in order to evaluate the overall accuracy and quality of the survey.
• Conduct high quality research using a variety of sources and general knowledge about the current global situation to produce Mercer reports
• Create research and analysis for ad-hoc projects
• Writing  skills for short narratives on Mercer reports

Skills:

• Fluency in written and spoken English language
• Very strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Mature approach, independence and self-motivation at work
