Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
Ensure seamless integration with Power Platform and other enterprise applications.
Provide technical guidance and support for custom development and enhancements.
Required Skills & Expertise
Primary (Functional):
Strong knowledge of primary Microsoft Dynamics CRM core modules like:
Sales / Customer Service / Marketing / Commerce (Retail) / Customer Insights
Secondary (Technical & Integration):
Integration experience with 3rd party apps like:
Power Apps, Power BI, or any Other common enterprise integrations.
Technical proficiency in:
C#/.NET or React/Angular (front end or back end).
Preferred Attributes -
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience in end-to-end CRM implementation projects.
