Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Developers, providing technical direction, coaching, and career development.
  • Drive the technical vision and execution for Prism and AI-enabled platform initiatives.
  • Define engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered experiences.
  • Guide the team in designing, building, and integrating AI agents and intelligent workflows into enterprise applications.
  • Review solution designs, code quality, and technical deliverables to ensure scalability, maintainability, and security.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning around AI technologies.
  • Plan team capacity, prioritize work, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
  • Identify skill gaps and create development plans for engineers through mentoring and training.
  • Support hiring activities, technical interviews, onboarding, and team growth.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where they create measurable business value.

Required Skills


  • 12+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading software development teams.
  • Strong experience with Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Working knowledge of Python.
  • Experience building enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern application architectures.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills


  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or intelligent automation.
  • Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
  • Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, Azure AI, Anthropic, etc.) into enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering productivity practices.

  • Experience leading AI initiatives or engineering teams working with AI technologies is highly desirable.
