Overview This position is responsible for working closely with Business, Functional, and IT teams on various IDOC message types related to Supply Chain operations. The role involves monitoring, resolving, and managing IDOC issues related to Master Data, Order to Cash (OTC) flow, and Sales & Distribution processes to ensure smooth system operations and minimal business disruption. The individual is accountable for ensuring timely IDOC resolution within SLA timelines, supporting business continuity, and driving operational efficiency through process governance, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities This individual will work closely with field business users and IT support teams to understand needs of the organization and in turn develop/deliver innovative tools. Work closely with field business users and HQ/IT support teams supporting the SAP Hana solution and designing, testing new robust SAP functionality. Gather, analyze and streamline business processes to deliver efficiency to the FLNA Supply Chain. Develop and execute analytical tools, using Excel and Access, which business teams will then use to achieve performance objectives. Support user acceptance testing for new FLNA project and system enhancements. Develop and deliver training materials required to implement new tools, enhancements or procedures. Accountable for 1k+ idocs per day for resolution if failure within a given SLA Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or applicable degree preferred Fluent in English Strong analytical skills Working knowledge of SAP ECC & SAP Hana a plus Practical working/programing knowledge of Excel, Access, VBA & SQL a plus Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain Ability to communicate and articulate opportunities and solutions Ability to collaborate and influence in a cross functional team environment Working knowledge of order processing, order life-cycle and/or master data desired
