Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities: You will be an Integrator for Landing Gear Systems that includes responsibilities but not limited to
Development and validation of Multi-System Component (MSC) level Specifications
Define Design and Product verification criteria for MSC level specifications
Verification of MSC level Specifications in coordination with Multi-functional teams
Integration of sub-system level development activities
Support various MSC level reviews and associated deliverables from Architecture & Integration stand point.
Developing Engineering documentation needed for various program milestones including FAL Acceptance, First flight and Certification Reviews
Assisting Signatories in review of Engineering Documentation and support release process
Continuous follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure adherence to planned timelines
Nurturing and maintaining relationship with multi functional teams and signatories for delivering program deliverables within the scheduled time, cost and quality.
Technical & Schedule Risk management
Mandatory skills:
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical / Aerospace / Systems Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years & maximum 8 years of overall experience
Working experience in any of the below four Systems Development activities
Planning and Integration
Requirement development and Decomposition
Architecture development and System Modelling
Hydraulic / Mechanical / Electro-mechanical Component design
Conceptualization as per design requirements
Detail Design including Basic design calculations, Material and protective process selection, Creation of Component, Assembly and installation drawings
Design for Manufacturing, Assembly and Testing
Design for various environmental conditions
Validation and Verification Planning
System Safety assessment (FHA, FMEA & FTA)
Requirement Validation and Verification
Configuration Management
Development Assurance
System Certification
Soft Skills: (Mandatory)
Communication & interpersonal skills
Proactive and self-driven nature
Multiple Stakeholder Management
Attention to detail
Adaptability and flexibility
