What would you do? The Product Data Analyst/Associate is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data for the clothing retail business. The role ensures accurate, complete, and timely product data across systems to support buying, pricing, promotions, supply chain, and customer-facing channels.Product Data Management• Create and maintain product master data for apparel and accessories (styles, SKUs, variants, sizes, colors)• Ensure accurate setup of product hierarchies, attributes, and classifications• Manage product lifecycle data from new product introduction to end-of-life• Maintain data across core systems (ERP,RMS, merchandising systems, POS, e-commerce platforms)Data Quality & Governance• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems• Perform regular data validation checks and resolve discrepancies• Follow master data governance rules, approval workflows, and audit controls• Support data cleansing and standardization initiativesCross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Pricing and Digital• Coordinate with Buying/Design teams to collect accurate product information at source• Support downstream teams with product data required for pricing, promotions, replenishment, and launchesNew Product & Range Support• Support seasonal range setup and go-live activities• Ensure timely availability of product data for trading, marketing, and store readiness• Assist with product launches, drops, and capsule collections
What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, pricing, or merchandising support• Experience in clothing / fashion retail is a strong advantage.• Strong data handling skills (MS Excel, spreadsheets, reporting tools)• Experience with retail systems such as ERP, RMS, pricing or merchandising tools• Clear written and verbal communication skillsReporting & Continuous Improvement• Maintain product data trackers and status reports• Identify recurring data issues and recommend process improvements• Support automation and system enhancement initiatives related to master dataNice to Have (one or more of the following)• High attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced retail environment• Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through• Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments• The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
