We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Data Analyst with strong capabilities across Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Modelling, and Engineering Design. This role requires deep functional understanding of CPG Supply Chain, strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL, and modern data platforms, and the ability to design scalable, cost-efficient data solutions. You will partner with global stakeholders, lead technical design, and ensure high-quality data products that power enterprise planning, analytics, and decision-making.


Key roles & responsibilities:


  • Analytical Leadership — Lead analytical development and architectural design for global data initiatives, ensuring scalability, data integrity, and seamless integration across systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement — Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions that enhance data usability and insights.
  • Data Integration Strategy — Own the integration of diverse data sources across the enterprise ecosystem, ensuring secure, compliant, and high-quality data flows.
  • Collaboration & Planning — Work with Product Managers to define technical specifications, roadmaps, and quality standards aligned to performance, security, and privacy expectations.
  • Technology Guidance — Partner with Architecture and Platform teams to guide technology choices, prioritizing scalable, cost-efficient, and future-ready solutions.
  • Compliance & Security — Ensure adherence to Infosec, Privacy, and governance standards, embedding privacy-by-design principles throughout the lifecycle.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship — Lead workshops, design sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to uplift global and regional teams

Core tech skills:


1. Data Analysis -


  • Functional knowledge of CPG Supply Chain, Master Data, and cross-functional CPG domains
  • Strong SQL development skills (advanced joins, window functions, performance tuning)
  • Python for data manipulation, automation, and analytics

2. Engineering Design -


  • Ability to design scalable, cost-efficient solutions with TCO considerations
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data product architecture, and Medallion Architecture
  • Experience designing for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

3. Data Engineering -


  • Hands-on ETL experience using tools such as Talend, Informatica, Databricks (preferred), DBT (preferred)
  • Python scripting for pipelines, automation, and data transformations
  • CI/CD pipelines for data workflows (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Experience with APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.

4. Data Modelling -


  • Expertise in Star and Snowflake schema modelling
  • Strong understanding of normalization techniques
  • Experience with modelling tools such as eRWIN (preferred)
  • Ability to translate business processes into logical and physical data models

Job specific requirements:


  • Functional and technical knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules
  • Proficiency in GCP or AWS services for data processing, analytics, and reporting
  • Strong background in data integration, ETL, and enterprise data transformation
  • Experience leading technical teams and managing complex, multi-region projects
  • Familiarity with data catalog, metadata, and lineage tools (e.g., Ataccama)
  • Understanding of data governance, data mesh, and data quality frameworks
  • Experience with Ataccama, Datadog, or similar observability tools
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Databricks
  • Experience deploying analytics in matrixed global organizations
  • 8+ years across data analytics, data engineering, BI, or data science
