Markets Business Associate - AVP

This role reports to the Markets Business Execution Lead. You will collaborate closely with our Markets Business Execution team to leverage data and analytics to provide actionable insights, drive strategic decisions, and enhance the overall performance of our products and services. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop data-driven solutions that support our Markets business.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that impact business performance.
• Automate existing processes and workflows through inhouse AI tools and presets.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Offer daily operational and management support to the Markets Business Execution team.
• Oversee control-related activities, including quarterly self-assessments, internal reviews, and control meetings.
• Lead the development and dissemination of Markets-wide communications, including periodic regulatory reminders.
• Manage ad-hoc projects spanning various aspects of the Markets business.
• Work on business continuity plans.

Skills:

• Attention to detail and process & analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with product development methodologies.
• Knowledge of various analytical tools, example Tableau, Power BI or similar.
• Ability to create business analysis, troubleshoot data quality issues, and conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis of business datasets.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and analytics to continuously enhance our methodologies and tools.
• Project Management skills with experience leading large cross functional initiatives.
• Demonstrates consistently clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or R and SQL preferred.
• Candidates with relevant experience involving data analysis, automation and programming.
• Understanding of investment products and financial markets.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business, data science, engineering, or a related field.
