We serve cafés, roasters, restaurants, and serious home baristas with new and refurbished espresso machines, grinders, and accessories from the most respected brands in coffee.

About the Role We’re looking for a Marketplace Manager to drive the growth, performance, and optimization of our product catalog across key marketplaces beyond Shopify—including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Meta, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
In this role, you’ll own marketplace strategy end-to-end: from product visibility and pricing to promotions and performance optimization.
You’ll leverage data to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion rates, and strengthen our competitive positioning across platforms.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on product assortment, pricing, and inventory—while maintaining a consistent, high-quality brand presence everywhere we sell.
Success in this role means accelerating marketplace revenue, improving listing performance, and building a scalable, high-performing marketplace ecosystem.
What You’ll Do Marketplace Strategy & Growth Define and execute marketplace growth strategies across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other channels.
Set and track KPIs for revenue, conversion, visibility, and profitability.
Identify expansion opportunities across new platforms and product categories.
Product Listings & SEO Optimization Create and optimize high-converting product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).
Apply marketplace-specific SEO best practices to improve ranking and visibility.
Ensure consistency in product content and brand presentation across all channels.
Pricing, Promotions & Profitability Develop and manage pricing strategies to remain competitive while protecting margins.
Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive sales growth.
Monitor performance and continuously optimize for ROI.
Data Analysis & Performance Management Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, listing health).
Use data insights to inform decisions on pricing, assortment, and optimization.
Monitor trends and adjust strategies based on performance and market dynamics.
Competitive Positioning & Market Insights Conduct ongoing competitive analysis across marketplaces.
Adapt pricing, promotions, and assortment based on competitor activity and market trends.
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization Streamline marketplace workflows, including product onboarding, listing updates, and pricing changes.
Implement tools and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
Ensure operational accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to align on product launches, campaigns, and inventory.
Communicate marketplace performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders Flexible schedule with opportunities for growth and advancement.

4–8+ years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or digital merchandising.
Proven experience managing and optimizing product catalogs on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and listing optimization best practices.
Experience with pricing strategy, margin analysis, and promotional planning.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools, with the ability to translate insights into action.
Strong knowledge of competitive analysis and market trend monitoring.
Experience improving processes and implementing automation to scale operations.
